HOW TO BOOK!
All reservations are made directly with us!

  1. Provide us with all of the details of your event.

  2. Choose the play set and/or add on of your liking. 

  3. Please review all of our play ground and play set rules. 

  4. We will sanitize, deliver, set up, and pick up. Hassle free for parents!

    • Our equipment is sanitized thoroughly prior to and after every event

  5. Refer below for important information prior to booking.

  • Must be 21 years or older to book.

  • Photo ID and Credit Card information is required for all reservations.

  • A 50% deposit will be due at the time of booking.

    • Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event. Event must be paid in full in order for us to set up all equipment.

    • $100 refundable security deposit is also required. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the event after inspection of all equipment. Damages to the equipment will result in no refund.

  • Payment methods:

    • Credit Cards: Includes a 3.5% Processing fee.

    • Zelle: No Processing fee included

  • Rental agreement and waiver are required to be signed 2 weeks before the event. 

  • Set up and pick up time can vary between 1 - 1.5 hours. This time is not included in your equipment rental duration for your event

  • Playground setups have capacity limits. Please refer to our play set and add on links for child capacity.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel 30 days or less from the date of your event. ​

    • For outdoor events: if you choose to change your event date due to in climate weather you will need to reschedule within a 3 month period starting from the original event date.

      • If you cancel the day of your event due to weather and you do not want to reschedule you will only receive 50% of your total booking cost.

      • If the rescheduled date interferes with one of our scheduled bookings and we are unable to accomodate, we will return 100% of your booking cost.

Indoor & Outdoor Rules

If playground rules are not followed there will be a $300 fine applied and we will retain the security deposit.​

  • Indoor playground rule:​

    • The following are not allowed within the play set or any of the equipment rented to avoid damages

      • No shoes -  Adults must wear socks. 

      • No food or drinks​

      • No pets

      • No sharp objects

      • No face painting, confetti, glitter, or any other liquids

      • No strollers, car seats, bouncers and/or any other baby gear.

    • Playground play sets are only for use of children that fall within the designated age range for that set. (please refer to play set link above for capacity limits of play sets and bouncy houses.)

    • Children must never be left unattended in the playground play set.

    • Parents are responsible for always watching their children.

    • Equipment must not be taken apart and should not be removed from the designated location of the event as per booking details.

      • No water is allowed near the rental equipment including water activities.​

    • Please ensure all balls from the ball pit are returned back into the pit if they fall out.​​​​

  • Outdoor Parties Rules:

    • All outdoor event must follow all of the rules listed above under "Indoor playground rule" as well as the following below. 

    • Equipment can become very hot if temperatures are high, it will be need to be set up under a shaded area. This also pertains to bouncy houses. ​​

    • Setting up on grass will result in an addition fee of $50. We will not set up any equipment on top of dirt, mud, rocks or wet grass.

    • A generator is required for bounce house rentals and includes a $50 fee.

    • All equipment needs to be inspected while it is still light out.
